I am working closely with a newly established independent fostering agency who are looking for a supervising social worker to join their growing team in Yorkshire.

In this position you will be expected too manage a caseload of approved foster carers and foster carers going through the assessment process whilst also going above and beyond for the children and the foster carers in the placements you are supervising.

For this agency, the well-being of the child is key in everything they do and this becomes the main focus for all the work that they do to.

There is also a great amount of flexibility with this position as there is the opportunity to take up this position on either a full or part time basis and with the option for home based working too, you will be gaining more time for yourself and will alsobe getting a better work/life balance

**Experience and skills**
- Experience within another IFA or fostering service
- BA Hons SW, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent
- Full Driving Licence
- Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative
