What you will be doing as**Product Portfolio Management Lead**;
- Partner closely with Commercial teams to support sales & margin growth and penetration for generic private labels through the development of product line and portfolio business plans across the business units
- Serve as single point of contact on private label team supporting private label commercial team needs with regards to product and program strategies
- Partner with commercial teams to enhance the private label customer value proposition and targeted programs leading to improved product sales penetration
- Assess product performance and mix of business and deliver actionable insights
- Coordinate across private label functions such as product development, cost management, supply chain, quality, and regulatory to ensure product and program strategies are optimized
- Assess qualitative and quantitative data from various sources into actionable management information The role also has high exposure to leaders and key contacts across the enterprise

**Key Skills and Requirements;**
- 10+ years of professional experience including product category management
- Strategic growth mindset
- Experience in working with senior leadership teams

This is a very flexible and agile company, who will allow significant home working with attendance at the office required once per week
