**About the role**
- Undertake the analysis and reporting of primary research data - both qualitative and quantitative.
- Support the implementation of the council’s Consultation and Engagement Strategy and Community Participation Strategy by generating meaningful, engaging and accurate resident insight.
- Ensure that results of resident consultation and engagement research are presented in accessible and impactful reports. Using data visualisation software to present results in the most effective way.
- Manage the creation and ongoing provision of a new Citizens’ Panel for Barnet. Ensure the panel is statistically representative of the borough’s population and supports a range of consultation and engagement activities.

**About you**

Knowledge and experience of using social research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative

Experience of leading and delivering consultation and engagement projects that meet statutory and legal requirements

Experience of data visualisation packages such as Power BI

An understanding of the workings of local government including the current issues and challenges.
