**The Role**:
We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to join our dynamic team of Security Staff in our venues. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at our venues. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are greeted with a friendly and approachable manner, while also managing access and handling any security-related issues.

**Role Responsibilities**:
As part of the security team, your role will include:

- **Monitoring and managing** crowds and queues
- **Dealing with** conflict; restraining and escorting customers off of the premises if required
- **Ensuring the**safety of customers and staff at all times

**The Person**:

- **A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role**:

- **2 years experience** within a similar role would be preferred.
- **Great communication and customer service skills**with the ability to diffuse high tension situations.
- **Availability to** work shifts, including late nights and weekends at key times during the year.
