We are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Transport Admin Clerk to join our B&Q team, in Heywood. You will be working 40 hours per week 06:00-14:00, Monday to Friday, so you will have free weekends

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Assisting the department in taking all driver phone queries and logging all calls
- Ensuring all drivers are pre-briefed and debriefed in conjunction with the debrief system and that all paperwork is accurately completed and signed
- Supporting the transport operation in strict adherence to company process (Operations Manual) and current legislation in relation to Operator Licensing and Health & Safety requirements
- Working effectively with a team that is responsible for vehicle administration
- Liaising with stores to keep them up to date with any delivery problems

What you need to succeed at GXO:
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good understanding of Tachograph compliance and WTD
- Good customer service skills
