**HSEQA Coordinator**

**Salary**:Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Leyland branch, PR25 3GR and some UK travel
Start Time: Immediate start available
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Lifting Gear UK are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide effective support to the HSEQA Director, to facilitate cross departmental communications within the Company, and assist with the day to day running of the department whilst providing a first class customer service. This role also manages documentation and electronic data bases, information supply and communication with colleagues, customers and other stake holders on HSEQA matters.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Promoting HSEQA awareness and best practice across the business
- Aiding the Day to day running of LGUK HSEQA activities
- Supporting the business in the delivery of objectives in line with our HSEQA strategy
- Liaising with all staff, managers and directors on HSEQA matters
- Maintaining all necessary records and documentation related to HSEQA activities
- Assisting with the planning, coordination and implementation of effective HSEQA policies, guidelines and procedures
- Assisting with internal / external HSEQA checklists, inspections, audits and reviews

Skills & Qualifications required:

- Personality - Energy, drive, enthusiasm and a positive 'can do' attitude with the drive to see tasks/projects through to completion.
- Clear, concise, confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good organisational, planning and time management skills, with a strong work ethic, ability to prioritise work and work to a deadline.
- Working knowledge of health & safety, environmental, quality management and/or ISO standards is preferred.
- Methodical, diligent with a good attention to detail.
- Professional, with a positive approach and receptive of feedback.
- Able to work independently and effective team player.
- Driving licence.
- Adaptable, flexible and a willingness to undergo further training as the role develops to fulfil other duties.
