**Package**: up to £105,000 + 20% Bonus + Equity

We are looking for an Technical Lead to work on a exciting largescale Fintech platform, and a large portion of your role will be dedicated to providing first-rate technical leadership to a small team, taking full ownership of planning, reviews and development.

Java / Angular / React / Microservices / Spring Boot / AWS/Azure / KafKa / Developer / Technical lead / Software Engineer

**Your future duties and responsibilities**:

- As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for managing the technical deliverables and roadmaps.
- Creating mission critical functionality (Java /Javascript / Angular / Microservices / Spring Boot) and hosting in the cloud.
- Supporting the writing and providing input to bids and proposals.
- Taking responsibility for the build, test and support of code and tools that enable teams to self-serve for most operational tasks
- Building integrations and APIs that are rock-solid, secure, well-tested, and highly performant and continually improving code, systems, practices, and knowledge( Java / Angular / Javascript / Microservices / Spring Boot ).

**Required**:

- Extensive experience in Java development (Java 8+).
- Javascript Experience Angular Or React OR Vanilla.
- Experience leading a team of developers / testers.
- Experience working with cloud systems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience of working with containers and message brokers like Kafka or any other message brokers.
