As a Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) practitioner, you will help children and young people with learning disabilities, Autism and sometimes other support needs to transform their lives. **Who will I support?**
You will work with children and young people who may not be accessing education and may be at significant risk of entering specialist residential care.

If you don’t already hold a BTEC Level 4 in Positive Behaviour Support (or equivalent), we will enrol you onto this course and support you throughout your studies while you work with us. Our aim with this role is to support your progression to Senior PBS Practitioner and beyond. Once you’ve settled into your role and completed the course, you will be eligible to be considered for promotion into a Senior PBS Practitioner vacancy.
