County - The Home Improvers are the South East's leading installer of Orangeries, Conservatories, Garden Rooms, Glazed Extensions and windows and Doors. Our Supercentre is based in Heathfield, with two further showrooms in Tunbridge Wells and Haywards Heath and has operated for over 40 years.

We supply and install only top-quality products in PVCU, Timber and Aluminium from the leaders in the industry. We are GGF, FENSA, FMB and FCA registered abiding by all industry standards of installation and presentation from our team.

**The Need**

Ideally, we need a reliable and enthusiastic person with a mature approach to be part of our friendly team to help and support our continued growth. This is a part time position, with the following options for hours:
Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Proven experience in a similar role of dealing with the public is essential, as are computer literacy and an excellent good telephone manner. It is vital you mirror the courtesy, professionalism and integrity that County show throughout the Customer Journey.

You must be confident and proactive, healthy and have a pleasant manner and be able to work well with your opposite numbers at our other offices.

You will need to be able to work independently with diligence and accuracy on the admin tasks but prioritise helping visiting customers when they arrive at the showroom.

You will preferably be a driver and car owner, as you may need to travel occasionally between our 3 showrooms to provide cover if required and for training reasons.

Full Training will be provided on our systems and methods and a work manual is available for reference.

Immediate start preferred.

**The Role**

Providing customer service in the form of following up our advisor appointments to ensure our clients received the best possible service.

Communicating with our clients at points throughout their journey with us.

Taking and making calls then booking appointments for our advisors into their diaries with full details, in conjunction with the showroom receptionists in our other two showrooms.

Calmly responding to customer calls and making sure that the relevant department is informed of the call.

Updating Reports and spreadsheets on leads, appointments and sales conversions

Opening office and ensuring tidiness, brochure racks filled, staff facilities maintained.

Greeting clients in a specific manner and helping them start their journey

Liaising with the Sales advisers and the accounts department when taking payments for goods installed from clients.

Issue and maintain Client support letters for their Customers Journey

You must be able to work on your own initiative as you will spend much of the time working alone (with remote support) and need to be comfortable in that environment.

- proven excellent telephone manner
- experienced and competent using Microsoft word and excel.

- an efficient and organised manner
- display a polite, courteous and enthusiastic approach.

**The Package**

Position:
Three days a week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Holidays: 4 weeks plus national and bank holidays (pro rata for part time hours)

**Training**

Training will be given on the job role and its targets for success for make appointments in person and via the telephone from our website enquiries, along with basic product training to allow you to direct clients when they arrive at our Showroom and
