Yardman -Rochester, Kent - £27/30k
My client is a FM Building company, based in Kent who provide refurbishment, maintenance, and groundworks solutions to their diverse commercial portfolio of clients.
THE COMPANY
- Office based in Rochester, Kent.
- Employ 150 staff across Kent and London.
- They are a building company, covering project refurbishment works, maintenance and grounds maintenance.

They now require a Yardman to manage a busy yard in Rochester Kent, carrying out the following duties:

- Washing down of construction equipment to a high standard
- Delivering parts to Engineers
- General maintenance duties around the site
- Ensuring yard is kept clean and tidy.
- Delivery of small construction equipment as and when required.
- Use of Forklift
- Waste Segregation
- Management of health and safety log books

THE PACKAGE:

- £27/30k dependant on experience
- Monday to Friday 06.30 till 16.00
- 20 days holiday
- Uniform and safety boots
- Pension
