Reporting into the Finance Manager, the tasks will include:
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations including full investigations of any variances and improving internal controls & processes.
- Reporting all differences between GL and sub ledgers and escalating issues where necessary to Management/IT.
- Creation of balance sheet packs
- Reconciliation and reporting on intercompany balances
- Working capital reporting including month end reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Supporting and reporting to group finance, including R&I, non-trading, and investments postings
- Support both internal and external auditors’ requests.
- Prepare and operate Balance sheet review controls
- Strong focus on customer service, provide agreed level of service to the business and external customers
- Pro-actively identify, research and recommend improvements to systems and processes within the team to ensure efficient and effective business operations.Testing and implementation of changes once approved
