**First Call Aviation has lots of opportunities for people to work in an exciting role as Kitchen Porters for a major aviation catering business based Glasgow Airport, Campsie Dr, Paisley PA3 2SG.**
The Kitchen Porters are responsible for:
- Organising equipment, trays and leftover food items coming off flights.
- Washing equipment such as utensils, trays, pots, pans, using an industrial dishwasher, ensuring all items are cleaned safely and correctly.
- Process and strip trolleys and deliver back to the relevant departments.
- Ensuring the dishwasher area is clean and free from obstructions at all times.
- Storing cleaned equipment in the correct areas, checking for an defects or damage.
- Daily maintenance of dishwasher chemicals, replenishing them if needed whilst adhering to COSHH standards.
- Assisting the kitchen in preparation of ingredients; chopping, peeling and prepping.
Hours of Work:
- 11:00am to 7:30pm
- 4 days on, 2 days off (7 day coverage)
- FULL TIME POSITION ONLY, all workers are expected to be able to follow shift rotation.
Pay Rate = £10.92 p/hour, weekly payments - every Friday.
