We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service.
- Attend meetings and workshops to further develop your skills and knowledge in sales.

**Qualifications**
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the sales field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not essential.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £1,250.00-£2,152.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
