As we expand, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day site operations, drive site team performance, and ensure maximum efficiency and organization on every project.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- On-site working role
- Drive site team performance, ensuring efficiency, discipline, and productivity.
- Directly manage the day-to-day operations of your site team and subcontractors across 3-5 projects.
- Maintain exceptional site organisation, ensuring smooth workflows and a tidy, efficient site.
- Manage Quality Control
- Read and interpret architectural, engineering, and specialist documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Work closely with your Project Manager and site team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and oversee building control requirements throughout projects.
- Lead and develop a site team of 4-6 members across multiple projects, fostering a culture of high performance and dedication.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of site activities, including organization, quality control, and efficiency.
- Ensure site cleanliness, tidiness, and strict adherence to schedules.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Be the direct point of contact for all on-site personnel.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and a strong work ethic.

**Requirements**:

- Specialist expertise in one trade: bricklaying, carpentry, or groundworks.
- Minimum 10 years on site trade experience & minimum 2 years site management experience
- Strong understanding of site management and construction processes.
- Proven leadership skills with a natural tendency to lead, teach, and drive performance.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on efficiency.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Experience with residential and commercial extensions, new builds, and refurbishments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges.
- Dedication to the role with a proactive, hands-on approach to site supervision.
