**What you will enjoy doing**:

- You will contribute to the definition of the RUI digital strategy and roadmap, with special focus in the area of Low/No Code Automation, Robotic Process Automation and Workflow enhancing Ai
- Prepare and lead ideation workshops to identify digitalization/automation needs across RUI
- Lead project teams (matrix organization) to ensure successful project delivery
- In addition, you will implement and develop technical solutions or effectively lead the implementation by engaging with the different Linde digital and delivery teams or external partners in case of higher complexity
- Understand systems and emerging new digital technologies regarding automation opportunities to improve RUI business process execution
- Explore automation solutions and best practices across Linde to identify opportunities for RUI to leverage and Engage with the different Linde digital and delivery teams, as well as external partners, to ensure successful project implementations
- Furthermore, you will establish the required Governance process to replicate automation solutions across the region
- Support reporting value delivery from the automation projects

**What makes you great??**:

- You have a masters/University Degree, in IT and/or Technology/Engineering
- Strong technical background and have the ability of building technical solutions yourself with experience in Workflow Development and Implementation
- Strategic thinking able to drive digital transformation
- You have experience with the preparation of business cases and have the right level of business acumen to assess on financial impact
- Experience in project planning and monitoring, change management as well as leading cross-functional project teams and partners directly and indirectly

**What you can expect working for such an organisation**:

- £65k basic with a Car or £5.6k allowance
- 10% On Target Bonus
- Healthcare
- 10% Company Contributed Pension
- Hours of work are standard 37.5 hours a week, however this is a role that is more around delivery, rather than hours worked.
