**Requirements of the role**
- **Would you make a good mentor for adults with learning disabilities**:

- **Do you have a valid UK Driving licence?**:

- **Are you comfortable supporting people with challenging behaviour?**:

- **Are you fun? Can you make a positive impact to the people we support?**:

- **Can you coach and support others to be more independent?**
