**Export Coordinator**
**£25,000 - £30,000 per annum**

Location: Walsall | Office Based

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm (45 min lunch) | Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (30 min lunch)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all required export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure all exports are compliant with VAT regulations and maintain strict adherence to export regulations.
- Organize the despatch of goods and coordinate with internal teams and external freight forwarders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders and manage the logistics of export shipments.
- Ensure correct invoicing and handle the raising of credit notes where necessary.
- Maintain export files with the correct proof of export documentation for auditing purposes.
- Manage shipments under Letters of Credit and ATA Carnets, ensuring all compliance steps are followed.
- Liaise directly with customers regarding export logistics and provide excellent customer service.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in export operations, with a deep understanding of compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with freight forwarders and customers.
- Ability to work autonomously and ensure all export-related processes are executed to the highest standards.
