As the Senior Warehouse Operative, you will support the Reverse Logistics Site Manager with the daily operations, alongside, energising the team and diving hands on into warehousing assignments. **Day to day you will**: oversee the assignment of jobs to the Warehouse operatives to maximise efficiencies; oversee and partake in the dismantling of discontinued smart meters; audit and monitor the picking & packing of goods and arrange appropriate transportation; manage stock levels and ensure orders are placed when required; provide up to date reports on operational performance.
