**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop tailored therapy plans to address individual needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and their families about speech and language disorders and strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in the field of speech therapy.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of physiology related to speech production and language processing.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to speech and language therapy.
- Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy as it pertains to communication functions.
- Proven experience or training in speech therapy techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs.

Pay: £21,450.00-£60,219.53 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
