We are pleased to be working with a client who is aggressively growing and is now looking to add another Project Manager to the business.

**Project Manager**

**Key Objectives**
- To liaise with pre and post Sales Staff and the Design Team and to coordinate and manage both Engineers and our appointed Sub-Contractors.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- To support and guide our clients through Projects from conception to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- To maintain a positive relationship with clients and contractors throughout each project.
- Manage the relationship with the client, contractors and team members.
- Ensure the correct specification is adhered to.
- Ensure payments are made by each client in the correct timescale.
- Manage the Health and Safety of each site.
- Completion of relevant paperwork and administration tasks as required.
- Produce and develop GANTT charts for scheduling purposes.
- Manage Dental Engineers directly to ensure the brand standards are adhered to from both a service and product perspective.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure Engineering availability and allocation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documents.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and rectify or escalate to as needed.
- Meticulous with measurements and dimensions for site plans and drawings.
- Keep accurate records on projects to ensure any amendments, additions or alterations are recorded.

**About you**
- Basic ability to work with CAD.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in building or dental engineering.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced with working with normal trades ie Electricians, Plumbers and General Builders.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
