**About the Role**:
The successful Corporate Solicitor will have the opportunity to work with house-hold names and advise on all aspects of corporate work.
You will gain from exposure to the following
- IPO's and secondary fundraisings
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Joint Ventures, alliances, and investments
- Buy-ins and Buy-outs
No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with global clients.

**About the Corporate Solicitor**:
You will be a UK qualified solicitor having previously worked in M&A at an international, or national, law firm.
Essential attributes include:

- Excellent academics;
- Ability to work well in teams and individually;
- Self-motivation and proactivity;
- The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships;
- Strong organisational and time management skills
