Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
- Location: Lincoln
- Salary: £22,550/yr
- Working hours: Full time
- 25 days annual leave, pension, death in service

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing property keys and logging in and out to contractors, tenants, and clients
- General office duties including filing and scanning
- Use of Microsoft suite to produce key sheets etc
- Use of Re-Leased Software to log Property Management keys

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain records accurately
- Excellent organisational skills
- The capacity to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- The role is full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
- experience in the property sector would be an advantage but is not essential
