**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of rooms for new guests, ensuring all amenities are replenished.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other staff members, including cooks and hotel personnel, to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hotel cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if necessary.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
