**Role Overview**
You will provide customer service and administrative support to introducers, partners and customers whilst working to achieve the best outcome to our customers
**Key Responsibilities**
- To complete required administration processes in accordance with agreed procedures and standards in a professional, accurate, timely and compliant manner.
- To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times to all customers, internal and external
- Providing informative and accurate information on products and services we offer
- To constantly seek new and innovative ways to meet and exceed our customers' expectations, making recommendations and suggestions to improve processes
**Key Skills**
- Excellent Verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Focus on delivery of good customer service
- Experience in Customer Service ideally in the financial services sector (Desirable)
