We have exciting roles Warehouse shift Managers to join our distribution centre in Dundee managing the 18:00 & 21:00 shift operations within the Warehouse.

We are looking for the right person(s) to be part of our leadership team.

You will Manage teams within the Warehouse and motivate employees. Ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety within the Warehouse are maintained and product is picked and dispatched to the highest standard in order to meet set KPI’s.

**Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 18:00 or 21:00 start 45 hours per week.**

**The role**:

- Leading a team of Team Leaders and General Warehouse Operatives in their daily workload.
- Ensuring that orders are picked, marshalled, and loaded in line with Customer specifications and service level agreements.
- Carry out daily inspections of the workplace.
- Complete and Carry out Personal Development Plans for all members of their team.
- Ensure that a high standard of Health & Safety is adhered within the working environment.
- Communicating regularly with Team Leaders/Senior Managers regarding any issues that may arise within the warehouse.
- Manage the team’s performance in line with KPI’s as required.
- Adhere to Hygiene policy ensuring that the standards are always immaculate ensuring that we remain BRC compliant.
- Ensure that there is adequate support for the picking, marshalling, Loading, and cleaning through meticulous planning ahead using key metrics.
