**Join our team**

PTSL are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Generalist to support our Global Head of HR across a wide range of global HR activities including UK, US and Asia. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, coordinating global payroll administration, supporting employee relations, and contributing to strategic HR projects.

No two days are the same — this is a varied and dynamic role that spans both operational excellence and creative people initiatives across our global business.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Employee Relations & HR Operations**
- Provide first-line support on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, and absence management.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across multiple regions.

**Recruitment & Talent Outreach**
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and consistent recruitment process across all regions.
- Build relationships with local colleges and universities to promote our business and traineeship opportunities.
- Plan and attend outreach events (e.g. career fairs, guest talks, or student workshops) to raise awareness of our organisation and attract emerging talent.
- Support the development of early careers programmes, internships, or trainee initiatives.

**Global Payroll Administration**
- Coordinate monthly payroll processes across UK, US, Asia, and other regions as required.
- Liaise with local payroll providers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Maintain payroll and benefits data, supporting internal reporting and audits.

**Projects & Continuous Improvement**
- Partner with the Global Head of HR on global HR projects, including process improvement, policy harmonisation, and HR systems implementation.
- Contribute to engagement, culture, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.
- Support communication and change management activities linked to HR projects or organisational developments.

**General Support**
- Provide administrative and coordination support for global HR meetings, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across different countries and cultures.
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to ad hoc HR challenges and opportunities.

**About You**
- Proven HR Generalist experience, ideally with exposure to international HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and recruitment best practice.
- Experience supporting payroll or working with external payroll providers across multiple regions.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems desirable (PeopleHR).
