Graduate Engineer (Process/Production/LEAN)

Dudley

Circa £26,000 DOE + Holidays + Pension + Training and Development Opportunities

Monday to Friday. Days Based Role

Graduate Engineer position available within a well established, growing and progressive company. They offer the opportunity of training and development and progression routes to more senior roles. They are well established and industry leading in their sector.

The role would suit graduates with ANY engineering, manufacturing or technical related background. This is an opportunity to progress into a Production or Process Engineer role with a focus on attaining World Class Manufacturing using LEAN tools and techniques.Full training and development will be provided. The key is a drive to learn and develop. You must have good verbal and written communication and be confident using Microsoft Office/IT packages.

The role will involve working alongside a production engineer to identify and implement cost saving initiatives across the factory operations. You will work to review current processes and suggest upgrades where possible. You will be an integral part ofa team who will be implementing LEAN techniques across the sites. You will have involvement in creating Standard Operating Procedures, Work instructions and NPI and scrap reduction.

Graduate Engineer:
