**Working Hours**: Flexible shifts between 6am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday. Full and part-time positions available.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Provide Personalised Care**: Assist clients with all aspects of daily living in their own homes, including medication support.
- **Accompany Clients**: Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and shopping trips.
- **Foster Independence**: Help clients retain their dignity and individuality, empowering them to live life their way.
- **Build Relationships**: Maintain a welcoming attitude and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- **Stay Professional**: Uphold a positive, professional attitudes with clients, their families, colleagues, and management.
