We are recruiting for a _Maternity Services Experience Engagement Lead _who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The post holder will contribute to the development of a maternity services strategy that maximises the positive experience of patients and their families at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust.
The post holder will also strive to ensure that service users are included in the co-production of services and that they can confidently make choices about their care to enable the monitoring and enhancement of the experience for them and their families.
