**HVAC Supervisor**

**London £55,000**

Seeking a HVAC Site Supervisor to manage / supervise a team of subcontractors on sites in central London.

Ideally, we require prior Supervisory experience as well as 5+ years dedicated to working on the tools.

**As a HVAC Site Supervisor, you will receive**:

- £55,000+ (Salary).

**HVAC Site Supervisor - Responsibilities**
- To manage sub-contractors on site, ensuring they complete tasks safely, on time and to the required standard.
- To be responsible for all the health and safety at site level including the preparation and issuing of RAMS and permits and tool box talks where appropriate. Prepare and submit weekly H& S returns.
- To assist the Project Manager involved in the relevant project including continuous updates on progress.
- To liaise with the client and attend site meetings when required.
- To keep accurate records of site instructions from the client and to the sub-contractors ensuring at all times that you liaise with the Project Manager and the Commercial Director.
- To undertake quality control at site level including managing the snagging and de-snagging processes to minimise defects and errors.
- To be involved in managing in conjunction with the Project Manager the commissioning process and handover of the project
