School Senior Leadership
Demeter House is going through some exciting changes and in order to continually improve our offer we are looking to recruit senior leaders to join our team.
We are a family run school and we offer an individualised and nurturing environment for our students from 5-19, who all have EHCPs. These young people are often disengaged from education, having previously struggled in a mainstream setting or been out of school for some time. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, energetic and creative people to build strong relationships and facilitate positive learning experiences in order to raise their self esteem. We also need leaders that are person-centred and able to provide high levels of challenge through a supportive but clear approach.
You need to be a special person to take on this challenge as it isn’t for the faint hearted but if you are resilient, empathetic, thick-skinned, courageous and forgiving, with a good sense of humour and a desire to make a difference, then we want to hear from you.
We have immediate vacancies for the right people and we are looking for leaders who are passionate about people. As this is an opportunity for us to expand our current leadership provision, we're interested to know what skills or experience you feel you can offer our team.
We offer funded training opportunities at all levels, a good work life balance, small class groups, high staff to student ratio, an employee assistance program and a friendly family environment.
