Our Care Assistants support our clients in a range of different ways:

- Home help, Meals & Hydration, Medication support, Personal Care or Dementia Support_

We are looking for Care Assistants who will be comfortable with personal care and will understand the importance of a consistent routine.

As our clients have care 7 days a week, we do require Care Assistants to work their hours on an alternate weekend.

With various hours and patterns to suit you, minimum 1 hour calls with regular clients and comprehensive training and support, as a Home Instead Care Assistant you can make a difference every day

Our Care Assistant team is made up of truly lovely people with one goal in mind... To keep our clients happy and as independent as possible in their own homes.

Home Instead are a local home care company with a fantastic reputation with a rating of 9.9 on homecare.co.uk and our online reviews speak for themselves.** Some of our clients like to go out into the community so having your own transport would be ideal.**

Our **Care Assistants earn between £11.60 & £12.60 per hour + paid mileage + enhanced bank holiday pay.** This is in addition to our amazing benefits like our FREE Employee Assistance Programme, HUNDREDS of high street discounts and refer a friend bonuses of **£250.**
