We’re looking for a talented Design Director to join an established and growing integrated creative agency with a global client base. In the last year they’ve received significant investment and are in a brilliant position to continue growing their creativeoffering which covers brand strategy and digital-first campaigns. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Working closely with a talented Creative Director, who’s role is evolving to become more strategic and business development focussed, the Design Director will be a lead role for the creative team.
- You’ll lead creative across a multitude of clients and campaigns, from concept to execution with a distinct digital focus.
- The Design Director will ultimately shape the agency’s creative output and raise the game of creative / design as they make the next step of growth.
- The Design Director will lead by example - you’ll be able to craft design and creative to an excellent standard and across a multitude of formats for outstanding user experiences
- You’ll be strategic thinking; delivering creative that is aligned with strategicobjectives - you’ll get to work on some incredibly exciting large-scale brand strategy and activation projects.

**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- Proven track record in a Senior Creative or Design Director role
- A top-notch portfolio showcasing a mixture of brand and digital campaign work. We’re not too fussed about which sectors you’ve worked in as long as the standard of creative and design is first class.
- Excellent execution as well as conceptual skills
- A people person who enjoys leading and nurturing people
