**Transition Partners require a team of experienced Python Developers to join a Consultancy client of ours.**
**You must be eligible for SC clearance.**
**Skills required**:
As a Python Software Developer, you will be designing and developing software that lies between the front end composer and the back end tools.
You’ll work collaboratively with your Agile team to deliver into the complex ecosystem, tackling varied technical challenges within a fast paced and stimulating environment.
We would consider both Back End & Full Stack Python Engineers
- Experience with Docker/containerisation and cloud infrastructure
- Ownership of software from idea inception to production.
- Experience working with tooling for testing, build and deployment pipelines.
- Working understanding of logging, monitoring and alerting tooling.
- Good communication and written skills including experience producing technical documentation.
- Familiar with Agile ways of working
The primary codebase is written in Python, although the team use a diverse range of tools and methods for which the following are essential:
- Strong Python 2.3/ 3/ CPython knowledge
- Spark/PySpark
- AWS
- nginx/uwsgi
- Flask
- ReactJS, JS, CSS
- NoSQL
- TDD
