Everest People Solutions have several Food Production Operative Positions Urgently Required in Coventry, CV2 2QB, the role is long term with ongoing work.

The role involves working in a chilled environment, working with raw or cured meat by processing, slicing, packing, and delivery of the product (Pork/Bacon) according to customer specifications and to company quality.

**Food Production Operative Pay Rates**:

- Earn an extra £2.00 Per Hour if you attend all your scheduled shifts
- Days & PM: £9.01 OT paid after 37.5 hours at £13.52
- Nights: £9.30 OT paid after 37.5 hours at £13.95
**Food Production Operative Shift Times: Working Pattern Monday to Friday**
- Day Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00
**Food Production Operative Duties to Include**:

- Processing, slicing, and weighing of product.
- Grading and packing of product to customer specification.
- Visually check finished products are labelled and packed correctly.
- Packing and palletisation of finished product.
- Keep the work area tidy and free of hazards.
- Report any health and safety issues within your area.
- Work as a team to achieve production targets.
- Compliance with all company policies, practices, and standard operating procedures.
