We are looking for **six experienced Baristas** to join our team at **Bloodstock Metal Festival 2025**. You’ll be working from one of our busy coffee trailers, located within various festival campsites, serving handcrafted drinks to thousands of festival-goers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, fun, and energetic environment — perfect for coffee lovers who thrive under pressure and enjoy delivering excellent service with a smile.

**Pay & Shift Details**

**Hourly Rate: £13.00**
- **Ironwood Campsite - Day Shift**:

- **Hours**: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12 hours)
- **Pay**: £156.00 per shift
- **VIP Area - Day Shift**:

- **Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (8.5 hours)
- **Pay**: £110.50 per shift
- **Accessible Campsite - Night Shift**:

- **Hours**: 6:00 PM - 1:00 AM (7 hours)
- **Pay**: £91.00 per shift

**Your Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a full range of **hot and cold handcrafted drinks**, including **frappes, iced drinks, and espresso-based coffees**:

- Serve soft drinks and cakes from our set menu
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service
- Operate tills and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked work area
- Work efficiently as part of a small on-site team during busy festival hours

**Skills & Experience Required**
- **2-3 years of barista experience** in a high-volume café, coffee truck, or similar environment
- Confident using espresso machines and making a wide variety of drinks, including iced and blended beverages
- Familiar with cash handling and operating POS systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Able to stay organised, calm, and upbeat in high-pressure situations
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
- Passion for coffee and a genuine interest in providing excellent service
