**Job Purpose**

We are looking for a focused, dynamic, and self-starting individual to join our asset intake team. Based in Six Hills the role will involve managing assets from order to enquiry, including specification building, supply chain management and general onboarding to customer. i.e., the entire supply chain and mobilisation journey.

Its current activities support new business development across rental and lease as well as our ongoing replacement vehicle strategy. However, this is an evolving structure which is key to the overall success of the business given that it touches supply chain, internal stakeholders and supports the customer experience.

In time we expect to see this department play a key part in outsourced new to group asset to client delivery and aged end of life collection and disposal as well as supporting the wider business in key decision making based on the data and analytics that our future delivery programmes generate.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Manage Supply chain and logistics of vehicles purchased
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Complete accurate updates on inbound assets
- Provide a smooth delivery process in line with sales/branch and customer expectation
- Regular communication with key stakeholders around the business
- Identify new processes / development / systems to improve service to end users
- Provide reporting in a timely and consistent manner
- Day to day administration duties
