**Data Governance & Compliance**
- Champion strong data governance, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).Implement and promote a data catalogue and governance framework across the organisation.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.

**Advanced Analytics & Insights**
- Drive AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to support business growth.
- Lead the development of dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Partner with senior leaders across departments to align data initiatives with business needs.
- Promote data literacy and embed a data-driven culture across the organisation.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and technology providers.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within data and analytics.
- Strong background in data strategy, governance, and platform implementation.
- Hands-on experience with modern data technologies (Snowflake, Fabric) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data ecosystems.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in managing data engineering and analytics teams.
- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
