Our client is high regarded and well know Professional Services organisation. The opportunity has arisen to join the firm in the role of Enterprise Risk Manager. In this role you will be responsible for oversight of the Enterprise Risk Management Frameworkand play and integral role across the Risk function.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Enterprise Risk Manager you will take a key role in leading the implementation and embedding of any changes to the Risk Management Framework - including processes and reporting.
This role will include monitoring the effective operation of the risk and control self-assessment process.
Assessment of the profile of key risks within the business, overseeing risk incident logging and remediation.
Challenging colleagues to ensure that there is appropriate ownership and action is taken to resolve in a timely manner risks outside of accepted tolerance and open risk incidents.
Supporting effective risk governance by co-ordinating and creating relevant papers and packs for presentation.
The Enterprise Risk Manager will also work closely with the Head of Risk and Excellence to support the business in its maintenance of certification to ISO9001:2015 and to roll out the standard across areas of the business yet to achieve certification.
You will have experience of working within a Quality Management System and implementing in new areas of an organization.
The role offers a great degree of flexibility around home working with the need to spend some time each month in the office for meetings.
