**About the Role**

You’re a visionary who sees the potential of AI to transform content creation. You’ll lead the development of scalable, intelligent content strategies that drive SEO, user engagement, and brand authority. You’ll collaborate across teams to embed AI into every stage of the content lifecycle—from ideation to publishing—while maintaining editorial excellence and a consistent brand voice.

You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, designing frameworks for AI-assisted content, automating workflows, and crafting compelling copy that enhances user experience across Gumtree’s platform. Whether it’s long-form editorial, UX writing, or product content, you’ll ensure every word delivers value.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in AI-aided content creation and strategy, with a strong portfolio across UX and editorial formats.
- Expertise in developing and executing content strategies across B2C digital platforms, marketplaces or similar.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and automation platforms and keen interest in emerging technologies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and detail.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making to inform copy decision and to optimize for user engagement.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and navigating technical environments.
