**Position Overview**:
As a Front of House Staff, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a positive first impression for all guests. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service and has an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Provide menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations as needed.
- Take food and beverage orders, accurately inputting them into the system.
- Deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
- Support the team to create a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Uphold our high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
