In this varied role you will be answering inbound customer calls, managing their queries, and assisting with other ad hoc administrative duties all whilst offering outstanding customer service.
**Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor**: - Manage client queries and transactions.
- Responding to inbound customer calls.
- Maintaining accurate client records; amending personal details, progressing claims, setting up new accounts and general data input.
- Provide ongoing team support.
- Any other ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
The successfully appointed Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills and abilities: - Previous experience in a customer service role would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Upbeat and friendly personality with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
- IT literate.
**The Package**: £20,614 per annum
