We are looking for an experienced Night Porter to join our friendly team at the Wildings Hotel in Morpeth (PTMY)

As a Night Porter you will be responsible for the smooth operation and running of the property during the night, ensuring the security of the Wilding and our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings
- Provide directions and information about the hotel facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas
- Support the front desk with guest requests
- Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and courteously

**Skills**:

- Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation
