We are looking to recruit 1.0 WTE Community Mental Health Professional to work within our Bradford Intensive Home Treatment Service, based at Lynfield Mount Hospital. This is an exciting time to join our Acute Care Community Team as we develop an integrated pathway; combining IHT service with a dedicated crisis service (First Response) and A&E Acute Liaison Psychiatry Services (ALPS). We have excellent links with local universities and a comprehensive programme of clinical training and supervision to support professional development.
