They’re in need of a talented Cost Consultant to join their team of dynamic individuals and become a part of making 3 Mega New Build Hospital projects come to life

**The Role**

**_Commercial Assurance_**
- Provide assurance advice, coordinate targeted assurance and provide actions to enable scheme course correction.
- Provide periodic analysis or reporting information provided by the Trust to monitor scheme progress.
- Identify areas to support the trust through reviews and offer recommendations for implementation.
- Give targeted reviews and interventions on Cohort 1-2 schemes to alleviate risks.

**_Cost Management & Estimating _**
- Standardise cost templates and WBS Support by risk, scope and schedules.
- Act as a commercial channelling panel.
- Target value designing with ‘Should Cost Model’ to add value when decision making.
- Data gathering for input into Common Data Environments.
- Degree qualified - preferably within a construction related discipline
- MRICS preferred, but not essential. They can support the training required to gain MRICS
- Pre and post contract experience
- Experience on high value health projects
- Previous experience within a consultancy environment strongly desirable
- Able to work on own initiative
- A strategic thinker with broad problem solving skills
- Experience working in a client focused environment with a personal commitment to the delivery of excellent client service
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of market issues and events and their impact
- Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
- Leadership skills
- able to provide guidance and advice to junior members in their work and professional developments
