**Social Services Occupational therapist (Locum Role)**

Based in Taunton, Somerset

Community Occupational Therapists are being sought for Adult Social Care roles based in Taunton. We are looking for people with skills and experience in the following areas:

- Moving & Handling
- Postural Seating
- Major Adaptations

We offer flexibility with regards to working hours/days. You can be office-based, hybrid or home working but you are required to be able to visit clients in their own homes for assessments and reviews.

Regular supervision and support is provided, as well as ongoing learning and development opportunities.

ASAP Start Date

**£500 Referral Bonus for October if you know anyone interested**
- To assess and treat own caseload of patients within the defined clinical area and maintains associated records
- To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner within your area of specialty
- Facilitates and supports the discharge planning process
- Supervises less experienced physiotherapists, therapy assistants / technicians and students.
- To work flexibly across specialties when requested, and if competency allows
