**About The Role**
We enable support for colleagues from day one, we pride ourselves on delivering a platform of enabling us all to **‘Better Than Yesterday’** - such support is driven from the beginning with a period of induction and coaching to set you up to succeed in your role.

Our customers rely on you. You have a direct impact on whether our delivery drivers leave on time. You are the last pair of eyes to quality control the products ensuring only the best is sent out, you will ensure our customers get everything they ordered and are an essential part of the Delifresh team.

We take care of all our colleagues, we put ‘People First’ - all Warehouse Operatives are trained on product quality.

You will be responsible for:

- collate customer orders, accurately and at pace
- put away bulk deliveries
- work well with others, doing your bit to create a positive workplace
- help others out as they need it
- ask for help when you need it
- learn our products
- look after yours and other's safety

**About You**

We’re looking for positive, dynamic people who take pride in both being **‘Brilliant To Work With’** and being the face of Delifresh and prioritising our customers’ requirements. The minimum lifting requirement for the role would 25kg (the equivalent of a sack of potatoes)

It would also be great if you had:

- Experience in a similar warehouse role, but don’t worry if not, full training and support is provided
- FLT Licence (desirable)
