Graduate Estimator

**Bouygues UK** has a fantastic opportunity available for a **Graduate Estimator** to join our project in Exeter.

We are currently working on a number of diverse projects across the South West & Wales regions and have more in the pipeline. Our Preconstruction team are dedicated to winning new work, an exciting process that the successful Graduate Estimator would be able to contribute to.

**The Role**:
The Graduate Estimator will learn and develop the skills necessary to prepare accurate cost plans and detailed estimates, enabling us to fulfil our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working within the Bid Team on the preparation of fully considered submissions.
- Ensuring safe delivery of the tender on the date of submission.
- Evaluating and comparing quotations received, and compiling the price in a thorough, logical and consistent manner.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and consultant teams, ensuring that working relationships with internal and external customers are consistent with the highest standards.

The Graduate Estimator will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.

We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.

**What you'll need**:

- A 2:1 (or above) in any degree discipline
- A genuine interest in the construction industry
