**What you will do as a Lobby Executive**
- Working within the Concierge Team, you will assist with day-to-day operations, providing prompt, friendly and personalised service to our guests
- Create moments of delight for our guests, welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner and wow them during the entirety of their stay
- Providing information to guests about hotel facilities, local area, transport and attraction information and carrying out luggage porterage duties as required
- Being available in the hotel lobby at all times, greeting with a warm welcome all arriving guests and visitors, anticipating guests needs and building rapport with them throughout their stay
- Operate with a genuine care for the well-being of guests and colleagues alike, believing passionately in creating and supporting a caring environment that allows people to be their best
- Bring a sense of fun to your role - you will build relationships with our guests, engage in conversation and making a note of guest preferences in anticipation of their next stay at a Hyatt Hotel
- Support your colleagues and be keen to grow and develop with Hyatt
