**We are currently Hiring Courier Drivers to distribute Parcels at DPD Dartford.**

**PREVIOUS DRIVING ROLE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- DBS Check
- Full Driving License
- Maximum 6 Penalty Points
- No Drink/Drug Driving Offences

**On the working day**:
**HIGH VIS & SAFETY BOOTS REQUIRED BEFORE ENTERING WAREHOUSE**

**We have our team on site daily to assist the driver(s) when needed**

After Vehicle checks complete, You will download your route.

We have state of the art technology that optimises your stops into order (Once you have learned your route, you can start to tighten your stops around & lower your stop time to finish earlier).

Once you are satisfied with your route, you can start scanning and labelling your parcels into the correct order. Then simply loading the parcels onto your van.

The rest of the day consists of independently driving & delivering to our consumers. Assuring they receive excellent service Making sure our deliveries & collections are attempted within the timeframe.

Once you have completed all your stops, you will end your route end return back to the depot and return your collections / unsuccessful stops.

Finally you are then required to put your end mileage & added fuel onto the system. As well as checking that all your returns have been brought back. Once this is complete, you will scan the PM Shift Managers badge to authorise out and finish.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
